This is just a joke literally Ive gotten a light coloured blonde hair wig that they say they cant do a refund then when I pull it out it was brownish. And most of the things they even sell there are really cheap that can easily break or just even a rip off. I say dont go...there they will scam you
Be Aware of TREASURE HUNTER stores return policy.We purchased an item that was an incorrect size and returned it about an hour later. We were advised that they only exchange items, and do not make refunds for purchases that are not faulty. This would be fine, other than they did not have the size we required. Their solution was, we hold the item, and keep checking the store as they might get more stock in at the right size. They then advised we could return the item, up to three months hence, and they would exchange it. The alternative was that we select something else. They could not provide a store credit voucher.So we had to exchange for other things we may, or may not, need. The alternative being that keep returning to the store hoping they would have the size we required.I can understand this is within their legal right. As far as common sense, customer service, and courtesy we feel this is very, poor.They do advise this policy with a notice stuck at the counter.. which was partially covered. There are also signs in the aisles, which we didnt see as they tend to be lost amongst the stock. I wonder what they would do if you placed your items on their sign at the counter, and paid for them prior to seeing the sign? If you then stated had we known of this the policy, we would not have purchased the item what would they do?As a note, we could find no signs as you enter the store. This store is trading within the law.. and have the right to set the policy. We did make a mistake with the size. I have no issue with this. Do yourself a favour, there is another discount store near by, who in our experience is more reasonable.
