James was our architect and project manager as we rebuilt our home yoga studio. He was awesome!! He really helped my translate my dreams into reality, negotiated with the council on our behalf and expertly managed our project so we finished on time (which was very important for me since this is a business). James had lots of great ideas, but really listened to what we wanted and helped us achieve it. He is also a great communicator and very professional and reliable.
We have just finished our build and are just wrapped with the result. It is amazing to see James' vision come to life. The spaces work even better than we could have imagined. He has been absolutely faithful to tradition with the Victorian part of the house at the front, but the transition to the contemporary rear and up extension is incredibly fluid. We could not be happier.
Dealing with James made everything so easy in the planning stage. We had changed our mind a few times . It was never a problem though. His drawing came to life. It was great to look at the designs from all angles. Our house flows from our existing into our extension. Our family and friends are just wowed at what James has created.
