Best Thai restaurant in Wallan nothing short of 5 stars. The food was brought out in a very timely manner, the staff were very polite and friendly, and the food was great. The atmosphere was relaxed serving sizes were generous and pricing was fair. Will definitely be back in the future and recommended for all to try
I was basically called a liar when I called the manager to inform them that the chef included garlic in my food that I am allergic to. I have a medical certificate to prove that I got violently ill and not paid for 2 days work. All I was offered was $3.50 coconut rice. And I was a regular spent $100s. Wont be back. Bad loyalty to customers.I was a regular customer. I have an allergy to garlic and onion and always ask for. They have gotten this wrong twice. First time they were empathetic. 2nd time on 18/10/18 they werent. In fact the blamed me and didnt believe me and offered a $3.50 rice. I spoke with both owners who didnt care about the customer and only their money. When I called to inform them I had to take 2 days off work and have been violently ill for 3 days there was no compassion. I am disgusted especially when we spend $100S weekly there. They have lost valuable customers and their customer service and empathy for customers is shot. I will never be back. Especially when they cant get their orders consistent.
