Never ever been to a kfc that doesn't give you serviette pack,i ordered a burger with fries and gravy and a piece of chicken and how was to eat the gravy with my finger or wipe my mouth with my shirt and to ask for a serviette was like asking for gold and after it was put to his attention and did it to the next customer ,not good enough mate, But i must say the food was fresh and good quality and deserves 5 stars.
I always make my way out of Melbourne to KFC WALLAN.ITS CLEAN. STAFF GREATHIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very busy on my visit, but I didn't wait overly long. The food was well prepared and hot.
How delightfully friendly NOT! No customer service at all. No napkins, no spoon, no wipes, put in our take away order, no care, no smile, no hello, if you want totally rude ignorance go there! Huffy puffy little cow on counter!
