Love KFC in wallan, service can be slow at dinner time
Terrible Rude Customer Service Rude desk staff, need some training on 'Customer Service'. Ordered 3 piece box and got 3 small winglets. When it was brought to attention to the girl at the desk and her answer was "You get given what we have, you don't really get a choice"... On many occasions I have requested certain pieces and KFC has always been really good at meeting such requests. Mistakes happen and it's about what you do to fix it or the way you handle it. This is a simple example of something that could have been easily fixed by rectifying the issue and getting at least a 4 star rating, instead you get 1. Very disappointed.
The staff are under trained. Rarely offer a receipt and deliver the wrong order on drive through more times than not.The staff will take your order at the PA the ask you the order another 2 more times, you have to be on your toes with this crowd if you want what you paid for.Management's responses to this vary from semi professional to poor.When they on thier game they are great but when they are off its terrible.
Never once had a bad meal from this KFC. actually, just sometimes the salt can be a little bit toom much but overall, chicken is cooked perfect
Tried to get just a salad - not possible it still came with chicken. As recognition that the old dietary idea of always having to gorge on meat is no longer popular with everyone, how about at least a few menu items that are purely plant based? Make it whole food & plant based and there's a possibility of riding the new wave of healthier eating and pulling ahead of competitors ... unfortunately probably a bridge too far for the colonel!
